To get started on your tattoo course, study each chapter below and any corresponding section. We suggest a total study period of at least 8-hours. Once you are comfortable with the course material, you may take the test using any necessary notes or a copy of the training manual as a reference.

How To Take The Course
The exam is designed to be taken open book. With a passing score of 75% or better, you will be issued a certificate of completion from the American Tattooing Institute. If you do not pass the first time, you may retake the test at no additional cost.

Once you have taken and passed the ATI certification course, your certificate will be mailed to you. We ship your certificate by USPS priority mail, so it should arrive in about 10 days.
